The House Next Door began in July of 2006 out of the vision to reach the Kansas City Metro area.  We are a diverse group of Christ followers seeking to follow Him so closely that we are covered in the dust from his sandals. 

We currently meet weekly on Friday night at 7:00 PM.  We start each evening with a fellowship meal and catching up on each others life.  Everyone brings a dish to share and there is always enough.  We usually meet at Blake and Olivia’s House but when life crashes in we sometimes meet at another’s.

After the meal we study the Bible through various cultural touch points.  We study according to the model given in I Corinthians 14:26, "So, brothers and sisters, what should you do?  When you meet together, one person has a song, and another has a teaching. Another has a new truth from God….. The purpose of all these things should be to help the church grow strong."  (NCV)

The evening is closed with a time of prayer, ministry and awesome deserts.
